Today the first run of the E-EWS took place in Scotland and it seems that a rider from the Nukeproof team rode on prototypes of the <\/span>Megawatt<\/span><\/a> – unpainted and with an unknown engine. In the Kelan Grant vlog video (the\u00a0<\/span>video<\/span><\/a> has gone private) you can see some interesting details.<\/span><\/p>\n

The engine is certainly not the Shimano EP8 that the Megawatt comes with currently.<\/span><\/p>\n

On closer inspection (zoom in on the image) there appears to be a cable running from the rear derailleur.\u00a0Maybe the central battery goes to power the electronic components, instead of the usual SRAM batteries?<\/span><\/p>\n
