And the film starts with Brumotti joining Contador, Sagan and their team mate Ivan Basso warming up on the rollers at March\u2019s Tirreno-Adriatico race before performing breathtaking stunts with the stunning backdrop of the northern Italian mountains.<\/p>\n<p>As Sagan and the Tinkoff Saxo Tour of California squad take off for America, so does Brumotti, riding the hills and streets of San Francisco and the redwood trees of the state\u2019s Sequoia National Park.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI trained with them in different situations around the world. They are monsters\u2026\u201d Brumotti said of riding with Tinkoff Saxo. \u201cContador is a very humble guy and when he when rides his bike, he turns on his full power!\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mtb-mag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/brumo01.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-99764\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mtb-mag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/brumo01-750x422.jpg\" alt=\"brumo01\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mtb-mag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/brumo01-750x422.jpg 750w, https:\/\/www.mtb-mag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/brumo01-1600x900.jpg 1600w, https:\/\/www.mtb-mag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/brumo01.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>He also said of Sagan, \u201cThere was an instant connection because he loves to play. He\u2019s very good at freestyle and when he rises on the pedals he becomes like a child who wants to have fun!\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Failures<\/strong><br \/>\nWhile there wasn\u2019t a single puncture, the flips took their toll on both Brumotti, with several crashes, two broken fingers amongst the damage sustained.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The video\u2019s inspiration<\/strong><br \/>\nThis is the second Road Bike Freestyle film, with the first quickly racking up nearly 1 million views. In an interview about the making of the film, Brumotti paid tribute to the trial-riding legend Martyn Ashton and his massively successful Road Bike Party film series.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mtb-mag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/brumo02.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-99765\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mtb-mag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/brumo02-750x422.jpg\" alt=\"brumo02\" width=\"750\" height=\"422\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mtb-mag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/brumo02-750x422.jpg 750w, https:\/\/www.mtb-mag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/brumo02-1600x900.jpg 1600w, https:\/\/www.mtb-mag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/brumo02.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Brumotti said: \u201cMy inspiration is Martyn Ashton, who will always be my hero for what he has created with the roadbike. I will always be his most avid fan, almost like a stalker! I studied for a long time to be able to share this project with him.
