Biking in Dolomites\Garda

Hi! I'm planning a trip to the Dolomites (Cortina) and later on to Lake Garda for some sweet mountain biking. We will be taking our 6inch travel full-suspension bikes, so we are not looking for pure CrossCountry rides, but more epic freeride and off course some scenic routes. If someone can give me a couple of hints on where I should try to ride around Cortina and around Torbole, Garda, I would be extremely grateful!

As you propably understand, my italian is not very good . So please answer in english.

I've been drooling at Marco Toniolos pictures from Garda and the Dolomites for some time now, and he's definitively found some nice looking trails:

This one for example from the Dolomites. I think it's not so far from Cortina.

And this one, Im not sure where it is though:

we will be staying at the Santoni in Torbole. So I guess we will have a nice starting point there. Any more Trail-tips would be greatly appreciated.

The first photo was shot near Cortina, the bikers in the photo are going from Forcella Ambrizzola to Federa Lake, in the photo you could see from the left to the right: Croda Rossa, Cristallo mountain and Tre Cime / Drei zinnen.
