[update] cGPSmapper 0.0097d

ver97d
Fix: Serious problem with multi city naming in street attributes (using '@') secondary city was wrongly assigned whenever there were more than 30 cities
Fix: [IMG ID] reading of LOCK key
New: Marine in [IMG ID] has 3 possible settings:
N - normal land maps
Y - bluechart maps (g1)
B - bluechart maps (compatible with g2 devices)
X - normal land maps with compatibility set to g2 devices only
Fix: Some small problems fixed

New: Maproute: Export to ESRI format now produce 'processed_segments.shp' file to easily check / edit created data (geographic representation is not used by cgpsmapper)
New: Maproute: Try to read routing data even when 'generic routing' generation is used - import any data
That allows to predefine in the input data at least some basic routing information like -
- entry/exit points (bound points)
- major routing attributes
New: Maproute: Navteq format data reading
- routing information (using zlevel file)
- road attributes - house numbers and zip codes from road file (only in 'navteq' mode)

New keys in [Data] are:
LEFTSTART=(field name)
LEFTEND=..

RIGHTSTART=..
RIGHTEND=..
Important - start, end (as defined in Navteq format) are related to Reference, Non-Reference nodes

Required attributes are (in main file):
Link_id (or roadId - as meaning is identical)

Reference_node
Non-Reference_node - important - reference and non-reference node are defined according to lat/long rules defined by Navteq

Required attributes are (in zlevel file):
Link_id (or roadId)
Reference_node
New: Maproute: Remove 0-length roads
New: Maproute: ENUMERATE in [PARAMETERS] - if set to 'Y' then NodID ID values will be enumerated from 1. This is
important while doing import from Navteq data - as there NodID values might be far too big to be
accepted by cgpsmapper
Fix: Maproute: Attribute 'OneWay' now accept 3 values (navteq style) -1,0,1
Change: Maproute: DefaultType is now used even if TYPE is defined, but read value is '0'
Change: Removing bad intersection issues warning (was error causing stop of processing data)
Fix: Maproute: House number addressing type - now numeric values and char representations are accepted:
0 - N (None), 1 - E (Even), 2 - O (Odd), 3 - B (Both)
Fix: Maproute: Error in processing if imported NodeID values were larger than 10000
Fix: Maproute: Memory corruption problem corrected
