io le uso solo per i giri più lunghi in cui so che dovrò spingere, ma secondo me tengono troppo caldo in estate e non traspirano bene. sarà il collare in neoprene, ma dopo 10 ore ai piedi puzzano peggio delle fogne di Calcutta.
un pò meglio dopo aver sostituito la soletta interna.
avrei apprezzato di più un calore così ai piedi se la scarpa fosse impermeabile, invece attraversando i nevai (ad inizio stagione) si rimane per ore con i piedi bagnati (linguetta molto imbottita e collare in neoprene non si asciugano più quando non fa troppo caldo)
a parte questo, ottime scarpe da AM, e la suola è abbastanza rigida per pedalare (le uso in singlespeed e anche pedalando in piedi la suola non è male in pedalata)
il primo paio, acquistato lo scorso anno mi è stato prontamente sostituito in garanzia da mavic dopo che mi è rimasto in mano il velcro superiore dopo la terza volta che le utilizzavo, con quelle sostitutive mai avuto problemi!

About the ventilation, here also there is a compromise to find. Most people ask for protection and relative
water protection so if we open the structure too much we may have complaints mentioning lack of
ankle protection, loads of particles coming into the shoe (if no gaiter) and too much water going into the shoe.
We always face the same dilemma with water resistant products. If its too closed the foot stay
dry longer but gets hot and sweaty and the shoe dont dry easily. And Gore fabric dont solve the prob at all.
If the fabric is more open then, the humidity enter and goes out more easily but you get cold feet.
The more open the fabric (mesh), the faster the shoe will dry out. On the opposite, the closer
the construction and fabric used, the warmer the shoe is.
