Loic Bruni qualifies fastest while Gwin, Fearon and Ratty round out the top 4 all within the same second…Could we see sub 3 minute race times tomorrow? Most likely. In the Women’s, Emmeline Ragot(fastest in timed training) sits two seconds ahead of Rachel Atherton…Is Rachel just saving it for finals? Or is the Brit just not fond of the loose dusty track that’s claiming so many victims. In men’s juniors, Laurie Greenland took the stop spot while Andrew Crimmins slipped into 19th. We’re assuming he suffered a crash and he’ll likely still be a contender tomorrow. Congrats to our buddy Luca Cometti for a qualifying 34th in the big leagues – his best result yet. We’re hoping to see him up there tomorrow as well.

Aaron Gwin is all smiles. We think he probably took his qualifier easy. Could the savage american repeat Windham 2012 and win on 4th of July weekend?

Connor Fearon. Fractions off of Gwin’s qualifying time. The aussie is comfortable in loose, dry and fast conditions. Can he back up his second place finish from Leogang?

Ratboy seems to be consistently finding his speed again after his foot injury has finally seemed to subside. 4th in qulies

Emmeline Ragot : Fastest qualifier. She’ll be forcing Rachel to step up her game on this track for sure.

This guy will have the most pressure on him tomorrow. Time will tell. We think it’s going to be a good one.
