[Video] Nukeproof Horizon Wheels & Luke Cryer

Today Nukeproof expands their Horizon range with the addition of a new wheelset with a 29mm inner diameter. The brand also adds Luke Cryer to their roster and re-signs Aussie wildman Jackson Davis. Full details from Nukeproof below…

Since the legendary carbon shelled Atom Bomb Hubs in the 1990’s through to our hugely successful Generator wheelsets, Nukeproof have always been synonymous with creating wheelsets and hubs.

Last year we launched our awesome premium tier of components: Nukeproof Horizon. This range encompasses a host of upgrade components for gravity focussed riders. Already this line has won rave reviews and features “test winners” like our Horizon Flat and CS/ Cl pedals. As with all Nukeproof products they’re tested at the highest level, Sam Hill’s Enduro World Series winning Mega 275c featured many Horizon components (not just his legendary Signature flat pedals).

The latest addition to the range is are our brand new Nukeproof Horizon wheelsets (as shown on our Mega 275c Factory).

The super reliable and strong Horizon rim has been developed in conjunction with WTB and offers their no fuss tubeless ready system. The wider 29mm rim (internal diameter) ensuring the tyre is the perfect shape to give riders optimum grip. All wheelsets run downhill rated rims to ensure that they are tough enough for any trail, enduro or downhill track.

4x World Champ medallist Luke Cryer will continue with Nukeproof for 2018, racing 4x, Crankworx and just getting loose

Stoked to have Australia’s favourite son (officially) and VANZAC Jackson Davis on board again. He will continue to do what he wants ride bikes, party, represent and enjoy life on his Mega, Pulse and Scout…

As well as this we are stoked to announce that we will continue to work with wild men Jackson Davis, Luke Cryer. These guys will be racing Downhill (no Nukeproof are not leaving DH), 4x, Crankworx and a whole host of other loose projects. Luke and Jackson will use a full range of Horizon components on their Pulse, Mega and Scout’s. Team WideopenMag-Nukeproof race team will also be on board racing Nukeproof Wheels.
