The Marzocchi dropper post is ready to hit the market. Its name is Espresso, like the color of the coating. It uses a hydraulic cartridge, cable actuated by a remote control on the bar, with infinite adjustment stopping points through 125mm of travel. The seat clamp is CNC’d with 15mm set back and hex key bolts to set the seat angle to the exact degree.
The Espresso is available both with internal and external cable routing.
The rebound speed can be tuned by pumping more or less air in the air chamber of the seat post, with a common shock pump. The fine tuning can be done on the remote control cable.
The remote control lever will have the Marzocchi logo on it, like the lockout lever you can see in the second photo below.
The cable of the internal routing versione can be dismounted easily as clarified in this video:
Post diameters: 30.9 e 31.6mm.
The 350 fork gets fatter and is now available in the Plus version, both for 27.5+ and 29+. It has the same hydraulics as the “normal” 350, but with different geometries and tyre clearance.
140 to 170mm travel for the 27.5+, and 120 to 150mm for the 29+. The lineup has three models: C, CR and NCR.
Notice this MDE Carve 27.5+: it’s a unique exemplar built specifically for the Sea Otter show by the Italian brand.
