After launching a little over a year ago with our 130mm travel Druid frame, we have been inundated with requests for complete bikes. We are therefore pleased to announce the arrival of two complete Druids at two distinct price points. Alongside our complete bikes, we are also offering Druid frames separately including a frame only color option, for those who want the custom build approach. HOW DO I GET MY HANDS ON A NEW DRUID COMPLETE?
Unlike our frames, which have and will remain more dealer focused, our complete bikes are primarily available online and direct from forbiddenbike.com but customers can choose to have them shipped to their local Forbidden dealer. At checkout, there is an option to choose ‘pro setup’ – this gives customers the flexibility to have their new bike shipped to a dealer of their choice. We recognize the value of our dealers and understand that not everyone has the time or inclination to get their bikes dialled in for that first ride.
Each complete Druid is 90% built in-the-box and will come with a ratcheting torque wrench (including all the bits you’ll need) and one of our new compact digital shock pumps. Owners will also find a pair of RaceFace tubeless valves and a spare derailleur hanger. Druid XTs will also include one of Fox’s new fork fenders.
The Druid XT is available to order now for customers in the United States and Canada and will be shipping in two weeks from our brand new facility on Vancouver Island, BC. European availability has unfortunately been pushed back to the end of August due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. Druid SLX bikes will be available in North America and Europe by mid-September.

Updates over last years’ frames include a revised linkage with fewer parts and improved sealing from the elements, a few subtle hardware revisions, and a marginally lighter compression and rebound tune on the Fox DPX2 shock.
Mr. Brownstone and Blue Steel will be shipping to dealers worldwide by late-June with Cosmic Eggplant following soon-after in mid-July. There’s never been a better time to get creative with a one-of-a-kind custom build by one of our amazing dealers.
