I feel like I need to say sorry. I'm sure we all had a lot higher expectations than to crash out in training. I'm pretty devastated but it could have been worse and glad I'm ok. Hairline fractured humerus, fractured rib, fractured vertebra wing, contused lung, possible concussion. A lot of damage but all relatively short healing I've been told. I'll be ready to train my ass off for 2018 soon enough, can't wait! Thanks to Jeff and Rémi for the help and bearing my pain induced blabber, thanks to the local hospital for pretty outstanding care and thanks to everyone for staying by my side. #finalestrikesagain
